Annette Baker Fox (1912–2011) taught political science at Hunter College. Previously she served as research associate at Princeton’s Center of International Studies and held at similar post at Yale. In addition to writing several articles on international relations, she is the author of Freedom and Welfare in the Caribbean, which was published in 1949.
